Our cheery little Hilton Head villa is the ultimate vacation spot for a small family. In fact, it's our own family getaway, so we take great care in making it ideal for yours, right down to family-friendly books and games. Our Sweet P has colorful coastal décor and comfortable bedding that will surely brighten your mornings, and the private deck is perfect for grilling burgers in the evening and sipping a glass of wine after the kids nod off. In a small residential development with a community pool and tennis court, we’re only a short five minute walk to one of the quietest stretches of beach on Hilton Head Island. A short bike ride (1.5 miles) takes you to Coligny Plaza and you're even close to kid-favorite Lawton Stables in Sea Pines, with its horses and petting zoo! Your days will be filled! Perfect Location
This was our first time in Hilton Head. We loved exploring and found this location great for doing that. Close to the beach, walking trails and many restaurants. The home is well supplied and comfortable. Loved bird watching on the deck and biking around. Host were very helpful! Would stay again 😊

Harbour Town Golf Trip
This villa was well stocked and had a good location to restaurants. The villa was clean and communication with owner was exceptional. Highly recommend this villa to couples and those with children. The walking path was right outside the front door. Short 10 minute walk to beach.

This condo is the perfect size for a small family or 2 couples and the location is easily accessible to the ocean and nearby venues. We took advantage of the “community” pool and lovely walking trails! I gave a 4 on cleanliness because the carpets didn’t appear to be vacuumed, especially on the stairs. Otherwise, EVERYTHING we needed was provided! We especially appreciated the beach wagon!! Overall, the colorful condo lives up to its “sweet”!

Perfect third visit!
We are so grateful for the family time we enjoyed for the third year in a row at Sweet P. The condo is still perfect for us. As soon as we walked in this year, we noticed the new kitchen appliances and especially loved the fridge/freezer - plenty of space to hold a week’s worth of groceries and yummy restaurant leftovers! The pool is just steps outside of the backdoor and never had more than a few people in it at the same time. Several times we even had it all to ourselves! My son couldn’t wait to get on the tennis court when we first arrived and we saw they also now have the court marked for pickle ball. We have no clue how to play pickle ball, but we’ll get some paddles and learn for next year! We rented bikes for the first time this year (there are tons of bike rental companies that will drop off and pick up here) and had a great time riding to Coligny Plaza for shopping and desert almost every night about a mile and a half from the condo on a beautiful shaded bike/walking path. This condo is such a gem, in the PERFECT location with lovely owners who are super quick to respond and we are so fortunate to have found it 3 years ago. Already daydreaming about and looking forward to our July 2024 stay. And trust me, if we could come more often we totally would and would stay here every time for sure. Thanks a million for another fantastic stay!
