Break from Reality = Pebble Beach C-201

Recently renovated 2nd floor, Ocean view condo located less than 500 ft from the beach. Bike paths which lead you to local shops, restaurants, breweries, family fun parks, and grocery stores. Enjoy the beach from the balcony. Weekly rentals during Summer Season (June 1 - Labor Day). 3 night minimum for off-season rentals. Please let us know which protection plan your prefer: $79 non-refundable or $250 refundable. We are able update your booking to reflect this.

April getaway at Emerald Isle
The property was perfect and extremely clean. The best was check in and check out so easy!! Everything you need was at the property and so convenient. I would highly recomend this property.

The condo was clean and well equipped with all the items we needed. We loved the decor and felt like the owners had put a lot of thought into making the condo very homey and welcoming. The proximity to the pool and ocean was convenient. Communication with the owners was great. Would highly recommend.

Great location
We were very happy with our choice in this condo. The size was just right for family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids). Access to both the beach and pool were ideal for all! Being a middle floor unit helped keep it cool. The location of the resort offered quick access to the mainland, as well as groceries, activities, and lots of restaurants in EI. The unit was well maintained. Be sure to read all the information, you will need to bring some neccesities, but overall all cooking items were available. Be aware some plates were plastic and had to be handwashed (not dishwasher safe). Overall, strong recommendation, we plan to return.
