Secluded Cabin- Close to -->hiking-tubing-orchards-downtown Blue Ridge& Ellijay

Right off of Highway 515, follow a steep and winding, PAVED road to escape into the woods. Our cabin is in a small, quiet, gated community- perfect for guests looking to getaway and relax! There are three levels with a bedroom and bathroom on each level.

MAIN LEVEL:
-Open kitchen/dining area and living room with gas fireplace.
-Bedroom has a QUEEN bed with Private bathroom - double vanity sink, stand-alone shower, and jacuzzi tub.
-Washer and Dryer
-Half bath
-Wrap around porch with rocking chairs, conversational seating overlooking property.

UPPER LEVEL:
-Open loft with a futon and desk
-Private bedroom has a Queen bed, tv, full bathroom with stand alone shower.

LOWER LEVEL:
- Bedroom with 3 beds-QUEEN bed and log bunk beds- (FULL size bed over QUEEN).
-Full bathroom
-GAME ROOM with pool table, ping pong, multi-game arcade, darts, Smart TV. Board games and books for all ages!

You can also exit the home on lower level through game room to access the fire pit area, propane grill, and additional patio area.

Please Read =================================

When booking, please enter in the correct number of guests (adults and children) that will be staying at the property. There is a $15 per person/per night fee after 4 guests.
~~Our HOA has a strict occupancy limit of 8 guests on the property. Parties or extra guests are not permitted! $300 per person fine if more than 8 people on property.

++PETS++
$300 pet fee will be charged if pet is not disclosed prior to arrival.

We allow up to two dogs on a case by case basis for $150.
Please contact me PRIOR to booking.

*Dog must be under 40 lbs, short-haired or non shedding. Please provide proof that your pet is up to date on monthly flea and tick treatment. Dogs are not to be left in cabin unattended unless crated. Please pick up after your dog to avoid additional fees.

Additional things to note:

*There is a gate remote for use during your stay. Replacement of lost remote is $150.

** the driveway is gravel and steep. All types of vehicles are able to easily exit when following directions given.

***In an effort to respect our neighbors, please refrain from playing loud music/excessive shouting. Sound travels! Quiet time is observed 10pm-7am.

****There are motion detected cameras at entrances/exits recording for security.

Thank you for not smoking in cabin or on porches/balcony.

Beautiful place!
Our group of five women stayed here for a weekend and we really enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and spacious! A few minor things: the gas fireplace was very difficult to get started even with the detailed instructions. The downstairs was a bit chilly…a space heater was provided but needed to be moved from room to room if you were in the game room or bedroom. There was also no shower head in the downstairs shower so the water sprayed like a mist. Overall we had a great stay and the beds were very comfortable!!

Just perfect!
We are so glad we chose to stay here, for several reasons. The owner, Christina, was very attentive, helpful and friendly. Her directions to enter the property were clear and made arrival very easy after a long drive. The cabin was very clean and organized. The cabin had plenty of beds, rooms and bathrooms for everyone. We did not use the fire pit or fire place, but it would be nice in the fall. The family liked the high ceilings and loft area. The lower bedrooms get much cooler than the upper floor, which was perfect for a couple of us who typically get warm at night. We found ourselves drinking coffee on the porch in the mornings (first morning after arrival brought a beautiful rain storm) and playing ping pong, the arcade games and billiards in the evenings. It felt like a safe, secluded, serene getaway with neighbors in walking distance. The cabin is less than 3 miles from downtown and a grocery store so it was easy to swing by a new restaurant or bring back pasta and garlic bread from the grocer nearby. We liked Ingles over Food Lion. The family all said they would stay here again! Thank you for hosting some wonderful memories, Christina!

Nice, quiet cabin tucked away in the mountains.
The cabin had everything I needed to feel at home and enjoy the quiet secluded gated community. The cabin had a nice flow and feel to it. The only down side was the driveway was a bit steep to get in and out of. Other than that, NO complaints...

Big family vacay
It was really cute and enough space for everyone. The beds were a good size. The kids used the downstairs playroom and the fire pit . Overall we enjoyed our stay.
