This unit is very clean with updates throughout, flooring, appliances, furniture, cabinets, as well as premium cable TV & Wi-Fi. Perfectly located in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach with numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance. Relax, unwind and come enjoy this little slice of heaven!

Great place to stay
My daughter and I totally enjoyed our stay here. The place had everything we needed and you could see the ocean from the living room. The host were lovely and easy to communicate with. I would stay here again without hesitation!

Great family spot steps from the beach
Our family had a great time at Indian rock speech. With a five-year-old and a two-year-old, it was really important that we were as close to the beach as possible and this did not disappoint. We got to be on the beach at all hours of the day and saw some amazing sunsets! The property Was very clean and well equipped for young children, which made things convenient and easy for us. I also appreciated being across the street from a spot that had good food, as we ventured there twice during our stay. I was also very impressed with Leanna‘s communication , as whenever I had a question she responded within minutes. I would highly recommend this if you are wanting to head to the area, which was also very close to Clearwater and gave us some other things to do.

Wonderful Spot !
We just spent February at Liana's Condo on Indian Rocks Beach, FL. It was just perfect. I would say five stars plus. Upon arrival we were so impressed with how clean and bright it is. When they said 100 steps from the beach, that was no exaggeration. It was a small complex with maybe 8 units. Her unit is up just one flight of stairs. They have set it up perfectly, the kitchen seemed brand new with everything we needed to cook there. Liana quickly responded to my few questions and the month could not have gone better. We were familiar with the beach which is clean and beautiful. This condo is in a perfect spot as far as offering a quick walk to a handful of great restaurants. We will definitely book with Liana again if we plan another IRB vacation.

Fantastic Property
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Close to great restaurants and beach is a 100 yards away. Condo was extremely clean, updated and was well stocked with everything we needed. Owners were very helpful and communication was amazing with them. We will stay here again.

Our family really loved the location, the property was very well taken care of and literally had everything you could need! Perfect for a get-away. The host was also incredibly responsive and the process was seamless. Highly recommend.
