Sea Gem offered by Beach Time Rentals

This gorgeous beach condo features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms accommodating 8 guests total.

Located on the 4th floor and with plenty of space and an open floor plan.

The living area features comfortable sofas with one as a Sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and best of all Gulf views.

Sea Gem condo has a beautiful updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and white clean cabinets. The kitchen is open and fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation.

Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find the dining area which seats 6 guests comfortably.

You will have access to the most spectacular views from both the Primary bedroom and the living room which share a large balcony overlooking the Gulf.

The Primary bedroom has a King bed with Gulf views and a bathroom with a shower.

The second bedroom has 2 Queen beds. The third bedroom has a Queen bed. Both bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo. All bedrooms have TVs.

With all of the amenities from home, you will never want your vacation to end.

The building features a large heated pool, Jacuzzi, and bbq area! Walk on the beach or check out the local shops and restaurants.

Indian Shores is just a 10-minute ride on the beach trolley to John's Pass Village, a large marina, shopping and dining complex that offers a variety of water sports rentals, casino boats and dolphin-watching or sunset cruises. Ten minutes to the north, you'll find another marina and a variety of shops and restaurants at Clearwater Beach, also home to the Clearwater Aquarium.

Sea Gem is a gem!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked Wed to Wed in April which worked better than a Sat to Sat reservation for our schedules. The condo was exactly as described - clean and well-supplied with kitchen supplies for cooking, an amazing beach-front view, and easy access to the beach, parking, and restaurants. It was a perfectly wonderful place to vacation and we will return. Beachtime Rentals was super to work with for the rental: quick responses and timely informational communications with pleasant customer service. Thanks for a great vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was fantastic! It is a great location (which we knew having been here before). It come equipped with all amenities.The only suggestion is the master bathroom needs more attention on the shower for cleaning and there is no trash can for the master bathroom. Our kids did get stuck in the elevator, but we're fine.These are very minor, and we loved it!

Pool area very crowded with a ton of kids. Nighttime gabfests in the hot tub precluded any other guests from using. Low toilet in one BR was uncomfortable.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was beautiful. The property was not very clean (I had to take the shower curtain down and wash it because I did not want my family to touch it). Not sure I would stay there again. I also had to tape the shower nozzle so it would stay up.
