One of the two bedrooms had a strong smell of marijuana for our entire stay despite opening the window, and changing the bed cover. We had to use a fan constantly at night to be able to have a fresher smell. Please also note there is no dryer despite being listed as an amenity.

Loved the size of apartment & district
-2nd district location is amazing to walk to a lot of places & the Montorgueil street 5 min away gets you lots of take outs to dine in after long visiting days in Paris! (even a mimi market on the street corner!) -very good size for a couple, could be tight for 4 in the bathroom -lots of storage, great to unpack in the large closet for a week -linens & towels are good quality; mini bath products appreciated -amazing customer service / fast response every time! however: -no information booklet or instructions for anything in the apartment, tv, oven, washer/dryer, heaters...not every visitor is from Europe; it's different from America -construction next door means noise all day; we were not made aware of it prior to arriving but it was in previous comments -fact; the metro goes under the building, you will hear it (but you get used to it fast) -the kitchen as is = not meant for 4-6 people; some stuff you only have 2 of, like steak knives or pasta bowls. the company was very quick to bring us more wine glasses but it should already be set up for what you advertise -fact: the toilet space is separate but it is tiny all in all, great apartment, fantastic location; we would return if better kitchen set up & less expensive as we were there to rest a lot & the noise was a bother day time...

Eigentlich eine schöne Wohnung, aber......
Zur Ferienwohnung: Design und Ausstattung = 5 Sterne Lage = 5 Sterne Sauberkeit = 5 Sterne Leider kann ich trotz der vielen positiven Dinge aus nachfolgenden Gründen nur eine Gesamtbewertung von 2 Sternen geben: 1. Der Innenhof war eine Baustelle und spätestens ab 8 Uhr morgens war teilweise sehr lauter Baulärm zu hören. Dieser kam nicht nur aus dem Innenhof selber, sonder auch aus einem Nachbarhaus welches direkt angrenzt. Nach einer Beschwerde beim Vermieter wurde uns ein Rabatt von 15 % eingeräumt. Wäre mir diese Tatsache aber im Vorfeld bekannt gewesen, hätte ich eine andere Unterkunft gebucht. 2. Das kleine Schlafzimmer roch immer wieder nach Marihuana. Trotz lüften ließ sich der Geruch nicht beseitigen. Ich vermute das der Rauch immer wieder aus einer anderen Wohnung im Haus zu uns gezogen ist. 3. Der Vorteil der direkten Nähe zum Metrolinie 3 hat auch einen Nachteil, man hört die Metro fahren. Und das alle paar Minuten.
