About this property

Extraordinary Adobe-Style Private "Oranch" Studio

All in One for Nature Lovers - your private space to relax and enjoy Kanab and surroundings. Get to the Southwest and get the full southwest - experience in an adobe style brand new built guest studio. The studio is equipped wit a bed for 2 as well a a couch where a bed for a 3rd (not to tall person oder especially for a child) could be prepared easily. On request we can be your guides or just give you some advice on hotspots nearby.
We are still finishing parts of our landscaping, but your space and most of the outdoors is ready to stay. If you have any questions or wishes just let us know, we will try to make it happen. The Studio is equipped with a bathroom that has a separate toilet room and a shower. We also added a space for your clothes to go. The Studio has curtains for your privacy. We do have Wifi, but it is differently fast during the day (mostly it slows down when the whole neighborhood comes home from work - but its still good enough for most common things). We do not have a regular TV, but we recently added a screen & projector to the studio with an attached Roku Stick which has some free apps and which you can also use it with your other prescriptions. It is still in the testing phase, pl.s beware of this, when you book with us.

Great Hostess!!
Helene welcomed us when we arrived and gave us cookies when we left. The information she sent before we arrived helped us plan while we were in Kanab. The studio was well equipped and decorated very nice. The outdoor area was very pleasant. I would stay here again

So much to love!
This was a great little rental! So many wonderful little touches to make it feel welcoming and comfortable. From the small bar and toast to the adorable decorations, everything was fantastic. It's small, but done up so well we loved it. And the owners are so warm and helpful, they really want you to be happy and go out of their way to ensure it.

Not as advertised
When we got to the property had to use a flashlight to get to the front door. There was no oven or stove to cook with. I specifically called and ask about the size of the bed told her that I was 6 foot 4 if the bed was a large bed. When I stretched out on the bed I had to stick my feet between the bars of the footboard not comfortable. The projected TV screen was a pulldown screen that is 5 foot wide at the foot of the bed not good to watch TV.

Surrounded by red rocks it is the perfect starting point to explore the wonders of the southwest with us. We love the nature around our new home as well as this wonderful town we use as a basecamp for any adventures and we still explore more every day, what we would like to share with our guest.

What makes this property unique

We love to be hosts and like to accommodate people from around the world. Our native language is German, our English is not bad ;) and if necessary Helen(e) is able to talk a bit Italian. We just fell in love with Kanab and the whole Southwest of the USA, so we can tell you about the places to go while you stay with us.
