Waterfront property in the mountains on lake koocanusa. Some years looks like a lake some years looks like a river but always can get to the bigger part of the lake. Great for all types of water sports. Great for quading hiking skiing. Next to two ski hills fernie and Kimberly.Two bedrooms two bathrooms kitchen living room and laundry room.very big private yard great place for fun all year around.

Family vacay
Property was as advertised. It was homey and clean, and comfortable. Owner communicated with us well before and during stay. Beautiful view from our kayaks!

Beauty property but…
Robert was a good host - communication was good and always prompt. The property outside is as beautiful as shown in pics. Loved the area and the many lakes nearby. However, the house has mice. It was hard to get past that. Also, while some parts of the house were spotless (counters, appliances, kitchen counters) other parts are completely worn out, damaged floors and flooring and appear dirty and dingy. No handrails to go up or down from house and decks. We were told the railings were going to be installed.

Clean and great location
The mobile home is older but clean and the kitchen has most things you need. Great view of the lake. Host was very quick to answer any questions.

Highly recommend
Great play to stay. The property is huge and well maintained. The house feels like a grandparents house- cozy! Very peaceful place. The host was very helpful and nice.
