During the summer time, Uber and Lyft are a short ride to town, or a short hike to town down the Burro tail.

This property is ski in/out via the Burro Trail, but please note it is for advanced skiers only. Maps to the runs and house are provided upon booking.

Ski Out - From the Burro Trail at corner of Gold King and White Cloud Drive follow path down to Lower Lehman and the base of Peak 9. This is the official neighborhood access point for all homes. All homes in this neighborhood have the same legal access.

Ski In - You must ride the Falcon chair to the top of Peak 10. Proceed down Cimarron, a black diamond, to the back country gates on the cat walk, follow the path to the home. Exit via the neighbor hood access point at Gold King and White Cloud to avoid trespassing. This is the official neighborhood access point for all homes. All homes in this neighborhood have the same legal access.

In the summer there is a vast array of outdoor activities in the area winter or summer:

✅ Downhill hike to town (about 3/4 of a mile) along side a stream
✅ Hiking and mountain biking trails that we connect to directly to the Burro Trail outside the home
✅ Horseback Riding, Paddle boarding, Dog Sledding, Snowmobiling, Zip Lines, Adventure Parks, Snow Tubing, are all with in miles of the home
✅ Register for the Breck 100 (Bike or Run a 100 Miles!) and push yourself to the limits
✅ Quandary Peak, the 13th Highest Peak in Colorado, is 9 miles away. This hike will take your breath away at 14,265+ ft. Proper planning and hiking education is required
✅ Whitewater rafting

No weddings, receptions, or other types of functions are permitted on property, per very strictly enforced zoning rules.
Unfortunately no Campfires permitted due to Forrest Fire Risk.

We are pet friendly! Renters are responsible for any damaged caused by pets.

This home does NOT have Air Conditioning. Most homes in Breckenridge (especially above 10,000ft) have heated floors and A/C is not possible. We regularly have temperature drops down into the 40s at night (even in the summer) at this high of altitude with no humidity. Provided you open the windows during the day, and close them at night this home will be comfortable all summer long.

Buena Vista private airport 90 minutes away with amazing easy scenic drive to house. Fly your private jet to the Rockies and stay with us via Central Colorado Regional Airport AEJ.

The Denver Airport is 105 miles away and private transportation can be coordinated.

Perfect Getaway
Four families stayed comfortably in this beautiful property! It had everything we needed and more. Beds were comfortable, which makes a big difference in the enjoyment of traveling! The mud room was perfect for all of our ski gear and there was plenty of space for everyone. The couple of issues we had were resolved quickly by Jason who was very communicative! My only comment is that the ski in/out was NOT for snowboarders. Because Breck had received recent snow, the path was deep and impossible for our group to successfully board down. A few skiers made it but some boarders tried and and had to crawl back up. That being said, the shuttle was right outside the house and ran every 10 minutes. If you're a snowboarder, save yourself the trouble and ride the shuttle. We loved the ease of access, the jacuzzi, the location, the property, etc.! we would definitely stay here again!!

Great way to jump into the new year!
Our 3 families had a fantastic stay! Perfect location for skiing with the shuttle drop off and pick up right at the front door. While it is possible to ski in/out, the shuttle was even easier. The garage and mud room had plenty of storage for everyone’s gear as well as an area to take boots on and off. House was super clean and inviting. Great selection of sleeping arrangements with plenty of extra blankets, pillows, fans, and humidifiers. Sparkling clean hot tub with extra towels waiting right at the door. Great kitchen for cooking for large groups with 2 ovens, 2 refrigerators, plenty of cookware and appliances. Large dining area with extra chairs to all be able to eat together. Common areas had pool table, ping pong, games, and TV. This property has everything, including responsive service and immediate help with any concerns or questions. It was the perfect way to jump into the new year.

Amazing house and great property management
The house was perfect for our two family group. The ski out access was great and so was the shuttle for easy return and access. This was my first VRBO and the house was perfect. The sheets bedding and towels were hotel quality which was amazing. Jason, the property manager, was thorough and always available and responsive to our questions. Thanks and we will definitely be back!

Our home has plenty of living spaces within this sprawling multi-level estate including a new outdoor hot tub.

The Warriors Mark neighborhood is a quiet enclave adjacent to the ski resort. Locally, we are about two miles from historic downtown Breckenridge and the ski gondola. There is loads of activities, shopping and restaurants in town as well as on mountain. It's only a short drive to 6 more world class ski resorts, whitewater rafting, stand up paddle boarding, dog sledding, snowmobiling, horse back riding, gold mine-tours, road biking, kayaking, mountain biking and four wheeling!
