Ski Trip
Check in was a pain as you have to go to the west village, instead of just being able to check in, underground parking was nice, according to the listing I assumed we would have a washer and dryer in the suite as that was how it was listed, the 2nd bedroom has bunkbeds which my son said he could feel the springs so ended up sleeping on the couch, master bed was uncomfortable, found the top rack of the dishwasher stuck and the whole dishwasher would almost pull out, I called Vacasa the next day to ask for someone to come fix the dishwasher and asked for bed toppers for the bunk bed and master bed, and also asked how to open the garage ski lockers as it had a padlock on it. Since vacasa is NOT local they said they would make a work order. We came back for lunch to find our door left open and no one there, a maintenance person did show up at around 5 only to say yep the dishwasher is broke and they would need to have someone come fix it, He did not know who would of opened and left our door open. I called Vacasa again at the end of the day as no one had come to fix the dishwasher or bring any bed toppers, again was told they would try to contact the Local maintenance people, never heard anything from anyone again before we left, needless to say the Vacasa rep i had talked to said I would be reimbursed for not having a working dishwasher. So basically dealing with Vacasa was a horrible experience, the unit was walking distance to the lifts It is Not Ski in/Ski Out.
