You can easily enjoy the night market, the typical Provencal market every Tuesday and buy your fresh fish directly from the fishermen on the quays beautifully renovated in 2019 and totally pedestrian in summer.
On the first level is a large living room, a large kitchen equipped with plenty of storage, a large dining room, a cupboard entrance, an independent toilet, and a laundry area (washing machine and dryer)
The upper floor corresponds to the sleeping area with 3 attic air-conditioned bedrooms with offices. The velux windows are equipped with blinds and the windows with blackout curtains for your comfort.
Each room is modular in 2 versions: either in double bed or in 2 single beds. The bedding is recent and of quality.
On this same level is a dressing room, 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets.
We also put at your disposal a small courtyard to have coffee, store bikes, spread laundry. Note that neighbors have a right of way to access the building through this courtyard.
The privileged location of this apartment allows you to access on foot all the pleasures of the ciotat: The calanques of Mugel and Figuerolles, the beaches, the old port, the old town, its restaurants and shops.

The neighbourhood
The apartment is located on the old port, nestled in the heart of the old town of La Ciotat which runs quietly through small streets full of charms, and cleared of all traffic, the center being pedestrian. We pass houses whose construction stretches from the 15th to the 19th century. The tangle of streets and alleys leads to many squares, such as Place Sadi Carnot and its refreshing fountain where you can stop for a drink.
Also take advantage of the new docks of the old harbours, which will be completely renovated in 2019. The markets, the terraces are as much an invitation to take pleasure in the rhythm of the products, dishes and the Mediterranean climate.

Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
The apartment cannot be rented to organize parties or events.
The apartment is located on the 1st and 2nd floor of a typical building without elevator.
Arrival times: 16h -19h, departure time: 9h - 11h. In summer, the agency will schedule the time arrival and departure in these slots according to the schedule of the maintenance and reception teams.
