The Villa is located in the very popular secure residential area of ​​Orient Bay Gardens.

An automatic gate closes access to this area 24x24 and also equipped with CCTV cameras..

The Orient Bay Gardens district is located overlooking the Orient Bay subdivision with a magnificent view from Ilet Pinel to Saint-Barthélemy via Orient Bay beach.

The grounds there are very large; the villas are therefore very spaced from each other.

Only 1.4 km from the Villa, 4 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot, is the sublime beach of Orient Bay with:

* its deckchairs,
* its nautical activities,
* its village square with its night restaurants,

The house was the perfect size for 2 people. It was advertised as 4 minutes to the beach. I thought this was walking, not driving distance. The pool was very nice and it was private. The bean bag lounge chairs by the pool and the ones on the porch are difficult for seniors to get in and out of. We were disappointed that we had to buy and use bottled water during our stay. Either you should put a water filtration system in, or provide bottled water. Alex was very polite and helpful. He was able to come by whenever we had an issue. Thank you!
