This impeccably maintained home, nestled in the center of Kingston Park, is the perfect place to share forever memories with family and friends. Start your morning off on the front porch with a hot cup of coffee and lounge in the comfortable Adirondack-style seats facing the beautiful, quiet park with fully stocked Koi pond.
The main floor boasts windows throughout, allowing for natural light to spill in. It offers a fully equipped kitchen with dual counter space and bar seating, a cozy living room, and welcoming dining area. The main floor also includes a washer, dryer and full bathroom accessible from both the living area and the exterior porch where you’ll find a rinsing shower to wash the sand from your feet after a fun day at the beach.
The main floor living/dining area opens to a private outdoor Acadian-inspired courtyard with fireplace and ample dining and seating for al fresco evenings. The bricked courtyard is surrounded by native plants and ivies beautifully landscaped to create a relaxing place to unwind!
A peaceful seating area atop the staircase welcomes guests to the two king master suites, each with ensuite bathrooms and access to private outdoor balconies.
The kids can enjoy the third-floor bunk area with two double bottom beds and two twin beds on top, and a private lounging area with TV. Also included is a full bath with walk-in shower.
This home comes with 4 adult bikes (usage policies apply.)
Parking is open to any designated parking area surrounding the home and passes are provided.

The house was perfect! Very clean and close to everything. We enjoyed meals in several nights and had everything we needed to cook. Loved going to beach/pool each day. Game closet was a fun bonus:) Thank you!

Great house. No bad surprises.
Everything as advertised. Location near the rear of the development in a more quiet area. Beds great. We put the youngest (age 25) on the third floor, but I wouldn’t want to put a 60 year old up there with two lengthy staircases to climb. Having bikes to use was helpful making rental unnecessary. Really the only very minor issue is that parking is on the street and typically required a walk of 50-75 yards. Didn’t bother us but I guess it would be better if parking was in the back of the house. There were always spaces available, but during the busy season I’m guessing it might be hard to find a close space at times. The location in the rear of the development would help I would imagine. Overall it was a great place to unwind for a week. I would definitely return and would not hesitate to rent this house again.

Our Favorite Rosemary rental
We’ve stayed at multiple properties in Rosemary and this was by far our favorite. The location is walking distance to the beach. The house is upscale and nicely decorated. The board games, books, and bikes are excellent additions. We highly recommend and can’t wait to return.
