Beautiful rooftop, this charming studio with a balcony has a double bed measuring 140x200, an full equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The flat has been very carefully decorated and equipped with a washing machine, air conditioner cool/hot and Internet. Provided also with fridge, toaster, kettle, and all kitchen utensils such as cutlery and crockery needed to feel like at home. It also has iron and hairdryer. Apartment provided with linen and towels.

The apartment is on a 5th floor in a building without elevator; to walk up the stairs can be rather hard but the reward when you reach a cozy and comfortable home is worth it! An ideal space for a couples looking for a romantic place and very convenient for individuals who travel to Barcelona for work or tourism home base.
