About this property

Beautiful Ocean Block Beach Home

Only 3 buildings away from the Sand. Our home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths (1 king, 3 queens and 2 twin bunks over 2 of the queens). The house has 4 decks. We have 2 parking spots and plenty of street parking. Wi-Fi and gas BBQ Grill. Living room has large deck and master has a deck with ocean view. Kitchen deck leading to private screened-in porch and front bedroom has its own ground floor deck. We are 50 yards from Nalu on the south side of Dewey. Quieter part of town and still walking distance to all Dewey has to offer. Kids can play right out front and walk to the sand. There are many great breakfast spots close as well . Outdoor shower and some beach chairs provided.

This is NOT a typical "rental property". This is our home away from home and wont get much use while young kids are in sports programs back in the real world. Our home is clean and well maintained.

What a great week in Dewey. The property was in excellent condition, clean, well appointed and so comfortable. The manager was unbelievably responsive and helpful. Cannot think of a criticism! We hope to stay again next year!!

Perfect beach house!
This house was awesome. The location is fantastic - 100 yards to the beach, easy access to bars and restaurants, and a bay beach down the street. The owner was super communicative, helpful and responsive to all of our questions and needs. The house is in great condition - clearly loved and well maintained. If you’re lucky enough to rent this house for a week or more you’ll always want to go back!

Perfect beach house
50 steps to beach. Beautiful sun every day. Ocean unbelievable. A perfect house where everything works!!!! Most comfortable beds. Great kitchen for breakfast. Up to house for lunch. Rinse off in great outside shower! Can’t say enough about this great house. Looking forward to next year!!!
