Recently remodeled, this beautiful vacation condominium is located on the highly sought after 6th floor of the C building. This condo has great amenities and nearby shops that is guaranteed to impress! 1bed/1bath that accommodates 2 very comfortably. Enjoy two Olympic size pools as well as the gorgeous waterfront view of Marco Bay and the S.S. Jolley Bridge. Feel free to take a dip in either of the two salt water pools/hot tubs, fish at the very nearby pier, watch the boats sail by or see the dolphins play while sitting on your lanai. You won't want to miss the unbelievable sunrises from your own Lanai each morning either! If you are feeling more adventurous, you may also want to rent your own boat for a day at one of two nearby marinas or take a chartered fishing adventure! For some light exercise and fun, play some tennis at the Riverside tennis courts or rent a bike on site to enjoy the island. Restaurants, shops, grocery store, ice cream parlor, putt-putt golf course, movie theater, beach and much more all less than a 5 minute drive! Perfect Location
The Condo was in a great location. It was very quiet and close to everything in Marco. It was very clean and everything in the condo seemed to be new. We would recommend to anyone visiting Marco

Great stay at Riverside Club
Condo was beautifully updated, clean and well equipped. Great view from balcony and really enjoyed breakfast out there. Pool was lovely and heated. Great location for walking to many restaurants . Bike rental adjacent to property. Pickleball courts were great. Throughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning to this condo.

Fun place for our 5 night stay. We liked the location-- it was not on Collier where most the tourists stay. No beach access which was OK for us. Tennis and pickleball on-site.

A Perfect Place To Stay
The VRBO listing of the condominiums' condition, amenities, and location are very accurate. Realizing this condo was recently renovated, as well as three others owned by our host: they're all superb. The renovations are not of "builder grade" materials. The cabinets, countertops, appliances, bedding, furniture, and furnishings are what one would expect in a custom designed home. Weve visited Marco 7 times, and outside of our wedding stay at Marco Island Beach Resort in 2010, Malinda's condo far exceeded our expectations. Communications with our host Malinda was excellent. Describing a purchase of a service or a product is all relative. When I'm completely satisfied with price & quality, I categorize the experience as a Value Proposition. That it was!
