Overall, our February stay at 19 Sea Lane was a disappointment.
Rating Details:
The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

19 Sea Lane failed to meet our expectations of a home in the “Fairway Collection,” the best in luxury accommodations on Hilton Head, as described by Island Time, the property management company. Regarding Island Time, here a few items that should have been resolved before we took occupancy on February 1:-Dishwasher had no wheels on bottom rack, making it difficult to load and practically impossible to unload. In operation, it sounded like a jack hammer. Wheels were eventually added, two weeks into our rental.-In the bathroom in bedroom 3, the toilet screeched long and loud whenever flushed. In same bathroom, the shower’s sliding glass doors wouldn’t stay shut. -In second master bedroom, water backed up in tub while showering because the drain was clogged with hair. And, the toilet wouldn’t stop running. -In master bedroom, the mattress offered little support in its middle, so that you sunk and had a difficult time crawling out. Apparently, the owner or management company was aware of this. There was a replacement mattress in one of the closets. -Bugs...mostly dead in the laundry and family room.-Refrigerator wasn’t balanced; if not fully closed the doors would swing back and hit you.-The yard around the house was unkept with piles of leaves and brush everywhere. Some trash in the yard along the path to the trash cans’ enclosure. -Front porch light needed to be replaced. -Beach chair in garage was completely broken.-Though management company took care of most of the above problems, we had to waste precious vacation time waiting for repairs to be made.Here are items one wouldn't expect to find in a "Fairway Collection" rental:-Badly scratched up wood floors in several places, which clearly showed this property had not been cared for.-Highly visible stain on the sofa and stains on the counter chairs-Scratched and chipped kitchen cabinets-Heavily
