With a warm and comfortable beach feel, this luxurious condo is ideal for a large family wanting to get together. Located on the 3rd floor of a 3 unit building, enjoy the peace and quiet of a large private deck while watching the gorgeous sailboats on Sail Bay. Our property stands out because of its incredible views of the bay and its quiet location. It is perfect for a relaxing getaway to San Diego! Need the assistance of an elevator? No problem! There is a residential elevator that comes right into the unit. This luxurious condominium has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful and relaxing vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a comfortable meal and all of the bedrooms and bathrooms are appointed with beautiful fresh bedding and towels. The parking for this condo includes: one lg. parking spot inside the garage and another lg. off-street parking spot in front of the building. There are several beach chairs, bikes and sand toys located in the garage for your use.

Activities include enjoying a wonderful bike ride on one of the bicycles included in your condo rental or take a walk to the ocean on the boardwalk. Our condo is easy walking distance from the ocean, restaurants and shops. The private deck has a gorgeous view of the Sea World Fireworks at night during the summer! By car you can reach Sea World in less than 10 minutes and the San Diego Zoo in 20 minutes.
The aquatic center nearby has a great weekly watersport summer camp starting at age 6, half day and full days. You can also rent any water toy you want at the Sportcenter directly across the bay from the condo. There is a great coffee place nearby(Better Buzz). It is a one mile walk to Belmont, and less than a mile to Crystal Pier. There is beautiful Bayfront dining 3 blocks away at the Catamaran Hotel (Oceana Coastal Kitchen).
