I was a speech pathologist for 35 years, however I wore many hats, just out of curiosity for life and my ambition to gain more economic growth! I love traveling, so much of the time, I used my professional knowledge to work in other countries. I was a messeuse, pastor performing wedding ceremonies, music producer in Cuba, dance teacher at the university, and certified hypnotist. I'm bilingual, having studied in language schools in various countries. I always have an excuse to travel, as I'm an avid Cuban dancer attending festivals all over the world and meeting up with familiar faces.
I've invested in real estate in San Diego and Playa del Carmen, Mexico. I've lived in Cuba, Ecuador, Mexico, Costa Rica, and the Outback of Australia working with the School of the Air. I still keep in touch with many of my students, clients, and guests from my rentals!

At the present time, I'm in Miami, soon to search for another property! However my cohost Scott lives very close and he is available any time!

COVID has taught me a different way to live right now. I'm still going to the gym and doing yoga. It has been a time to reflect and get things done that I never had the time to do whlle whisking off to the next event!

My townhouse is a very special place. It's surrounded in the backyard by palm trees on the perimeter, so you are in your own private world. It's a large enough space to have a large grill and a table seating 6-8 persons. And to have fresh smelling, clean clothes, there is also a laundry line across the entire side of the back yard. You can enter and exit with surfboards or sandy feet through the gate (or lock it if you like) and there is a hose for your convenience.

There are four tvs and two dvd players. I've installed Gigablast internet of 1000mb. There are security video cameras (Ring) front and back, as well as light motion sensors. And there is a lockbox for self check in, as well as my cohost Scott living nearby.

The kitchen has a seated bar and a small dining table, seating four. Since I lived there, it is packed with every type of kitchen utensil you can imagine! And it is very open, as in my remodel, I knocked out the wall and put an island in for more storage and countertop space. In addition, you can see and walk out to the backyard where you are able to serve your meals, inside or out.

Off the kitchen is a half bathroom and the laundry room, with a large computerized washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs are the bedrooms, joined by a Jack and Jill bathroom. The master bedroom also has its own sink and a 3 part medicine cabinet, both front and behind, as well as drawer and cabinet space for long stays. Both bedrooms have black out drapes. Both bedrooms have empty closets for clothes and empty bureaus. The second bedroom has mirrored wardrobe doors across the entire wall. There is a large desk, with a great view of the palms and Chinese elm. (see pics)

Two sets of sheets are provided per room, pillows (4 per bed), blankets, and towels (hand towels, bath towels, and beach towels). Shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry detergent, and dish detergent are provided.

Parking is 5 feet away from the door. Pool and jacuzzi are 50 ft away.

Solana Beach is a well sought after place to stay! It's upscale, safe, and has many unique stores and markets. You can rent bikes and drive up the coast or go to the park overlooking the Pacific Ocean. There are lots of cute houses on the way, walking to the ocean.

Although my place is tucked away on a cul de sac, the drive to the highway is literally 5 minutes! The location is incredibly convenient. And you can walk to many restaurants, such as Fish Market a block away, and there are small malls closeby. There is also a Designer District, full of cute mom and pop cafes and stores, as well as a Farmer's Market.
