Nice location
Check-in was a nightmare!! It took about an hour to get checked in. The tv in the common area did not function but thankfully the ones in the two bedrooms did. Once checked in the stay was pleasant and comfortable. The room was cleaned and the washer/dryer was a tremendous asset. If not for the check-in process the rating would be higher.. My family was impressed and would stay at this facility again.

I love the apartment but the stove was dirty and there was a leek in the vent in the master bedroom. I let the lady at the desk know and she was very nice and reassuring that maintenance would take care of it.The people above us make it hard to sleep with all the noise and thumping there kids were doing! Other than that everything was great!!

A quick getaway
The place was clean and the personnel were polite and friendly. Check-in and checkout was a breeze. Love the location. Its about 10 mins from Whitehall Mall and about 20 mins from Uptown Charlotte. I will say that when the housekeepers clean the rooms after checkout or before check-in they need to restock items in the units ex: soap for bathrooms, dishwasher liquid and dish detergent, and dish towels and cloths. I had go to the desk to get these items. Thankfully, the front personnel were very polite and helpful with providing what we needed. Also, there were three T.V.s in the unit with only two remotes and only one worked. It didn't bother us to much because we only used only one T.V... In closing we would comeback.
