Casa mindanao apartments, AC+WIFI + swimming pool.

This apartment has a size of 72 m2, the master bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the second bedroom has a double-size bed. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning units. The living room has a ceiling fan, safe, closets, adjustable hot water, 42 inches flat-screen smart TV, has a prime Tv with more than two thousand channels English and Spanish, Netflix service. A very nice cozy place that would make you want to stay longer. 400 meters to the closest beach, hotel, beauty salon ,grocery, and 1.6 miles away from downtown.

The property has a measurement of 2000 square meters. One unit has two bedrooms and other unit is duplex-style shared wall apartments.
We have a swimming pool and is shared with all the other units. Owners lives in the same property.
