This beautiful apartment is located on the 1st floor and can accommodate 2 people. The apartment is fully equipped, and you will have everything you need for a comfortable stay! Located in the heart of the city, it is ideally placed at a walking distance from the 50-Otages Monument, at 1 min from the Hauts-Pavés Socio-Cultural Center and the Former Flagship of the French Navy (the maillé brézé) at 9 min by car.

The accommodation is warm and well equipped. You will have everything you need for a comfortable stay!

It can accommodate 2 people and is composed of a bedroom with a double bed; a fully equipped and functional kitchen; a clean bathroom; and a living room and a television to relax after an intense day. During your stay you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Hair dryer, Heating, Washing machine, Fully equipped kitchen, Coffee machine, a workspace area, Refrigerator, Vacuum cleaner, Microwave, Oven, Hot water, Iron, Toaster, Boiler.
It has 1 BALCONY which will be very appreciated in summer, giving a pleasant view on the neighborhood!

A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

You will find everything you may need on a daily basis nearby: various bars, restaurants and shops! For your daily shopping, you will have several choices of shopping centers or markets such as the Intermarché EXPRESS and the Marché de Talensac.

Note that you will be ideally located in the city center, everything can be done on foot! You will find several sites of interest close to the accommodation such as: the Place Royale at 9 min walk, the Nantes Art Museum at 18 min, the Miroir d'eau at 10 min, the Castle of the Dukes of Brittany at 14 min, Nantes tourism at 14 min, the Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul Cathedral at 12 min and many others...

The area is very popular with locals and tourists, don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you!

You will also be very well served by the different public transports to stroll around the city and its surroundings!

No time to get bored with all these places of interest! Another advantage of the city is that it is very easy to visit Nantes on foot, and it is very appreciable.
