Eulària des Rius, outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny position, 3 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 5 ha with trees, swimming pool angular (7 x 4 m, depth 120 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, pergola (14 m2), terrace (150 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine. Une maison fonctionnelle et agréable à vivre. Tout l’équipement nécessaire, un jardin extraordinaire, le calme aux alentours. Des propriétaires très sympathiques, discrets et souriants. Aux petits soins avec nous. Seul bémol, le manque d’indication pour trouver la maison.

La zona esterna della villetta è molto bella, zona piscina con barbecue coperto e terrazza solarium, tutto immerso in una splendida vegetazione. La parte interna ha un arredamento un pò datato anche se funzionale
