Great place to stay in Paris
Everything required for a stay was included in the flat, including kitchenware, laundry detergent, etc. Lots of great communication with the gracious host. Within a 10 minute walk: many supermarkets (including one open 24 hours), boulangeries, small restaurants of different types, Riquet Metro station and some activities by the canal. About a 20 minute Metro ride to the major attractions. Neighbours are quiet, including in the mornings if you want to sleep in. This is a working class area so there no high end restaurants, night life and shopping, if you are interested in those things. It is very quiet at night with much less people around. It is good for people who need a quiet place to sleep and relax after spending the day sightseeing.

Excellent flat and host
The flat was perfect for our family. Excellent location in a quiet, secured area with easy access to public transportation, grocery stores, bakery and bistro. Communications with Frédéric were second to none. He is very responsive and his instructional videos and tips were very helpful. Merci pour un séjour très agréable!

Frederic’s of Paris
We are a small family of three that stayed at Frederic place for three nights. Perfect! Frederic is a thoughtful host who communicated quickly complete with humorous videos providing instructions on everything we needed to know. He thought of every need from arrival to departure. The flat is very clean, well appointed and quiet. It overlooks a greenspace with the only sound being that of birds. A pleasant atmosphere to return to after busy days in the city. Nice location and the convenience of a Superette, a bakery and a pharmacy right out the front gate. A few minutes walk in any direction brings an assortment of cafés, bakeries, restaurants and so on. Our highest recommendation. Nous sommes une petite famille de trois personnes qui avons séjourné chez Frederic pendant trois nuits. Parfait! Frederic est un hôte attentionné qui a communiqué rapidement avec des vidéos humoristiques fournissant des instructions sur tout ce que nous devions savoir. L'appartement est très propre, bien agencé et calme. Il surplombe un espace vert avec le seul bruit étant celui des oiseaux. Une atmosphère agréable pour retrouver après des journées bien remplies dans la ville. Bel emplacement avec une Superette, une boulangerie et une pharmacie juste devant la porte d'entrée. Peaceful quiet spacious
Owner is very approachable and goes out of his way to make sure you have a pleasant stay. Building is located in a gated, secure and landscaped property. Conveniently located grocer, boulangerie and cafe are just steps from the entry gate to property.
