Die Wohnung ist in einem schlechten Zustand. Storen gehen teilweise nicht. Küche minimalistische Ausstattung. Schranktüren fallen aus den Scharnieren. Badezimmer, Armaturen lose, rostige Stellen. Klimaanlage und Möbel in einem schlechten Zustand. Schlechtes WLAN fast kein Empfang.
