Location, location, location! Private quiet clean coach house with two bedrooms and one bath in the heart of Wicker Park on historic street. Steps away from from bars, breweries, coffee shops, award winning restaurants and retail shops. Walking distance to Blue Line train stops at Division/Damen and Division/Ashland. Blue Line train is approximately a 30 minute ride to O'Hare airport and approximately 10 minute ride to downtown Chicago.

If driving, easy access to and from I-90/-94 only approximately 1 mile.
Residential permit street parking and parking passes will be provided at no charge.

Contactless self check-in, key less entry, washer and dryer in unit, central air and WIFI. Private deck with Weber grill and bistro seating.

Amazing stay!
This property is perfection for a family stay in Chicago. My new daughter-in-law chose to have her ladies get ready here because of all the wonderful nstural light.

Fabulous
My husband and I stayed with our adult daughters for a family wedding. The house is just as it in the pictures. It was very clean, well appointed-light snacks and water were a nice touch after traveling. Great location! Would not hesitate to stay again!

Wicker Park Coach House
This is the second time I've stayed at the Coach House. It's a wonderful property, convenient location close to food/coffee/train, well appointed and very comfortable. Mark and JoAnne were fabulous hosts, communicative and quick to respond. Will definitely be staying there again when I'm in Chicago.

OUTSTANDING Property-5 Stars
Came to Chicago for my son's birthday. I have been to Chicago several times and have stayed in several different properties, I will NOT do that again. The carriage house was perfect, luxurious, welcoming, very clean, spacious, and cannot beat the location. Although we did not cook, it has everything you would need for cooking and cocktail making. The hosts are on property and are very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again on my future Chicago trips. Thank you to Mark and Joanne!!

A true touch of luxury
Great space, with everything you'd need for a weekend or two weeks! The owners were responsive and so helpful. Access was easy and the coach house is very private and quiet. Our daughter and family live nearby and we will book this house again!!

A Delight That Exceeded Every Expectation
We were visiting our son and his wife and he found this property which is near their apartment in a vibrant part of of Chicago. Check-in could not be easier with coded entries at the street and the coach house. We had checked with the owners in advance to learn that there were only stairs with handrails leading up to the living quarters, but none indoors, which was important to us. This modern, tastefully decorated place is remarkably well equipped - every time I thought “We could use…” there it was! Plus items you’d not expect in a rental: a steamer, a blender, a wine rack and cooler, first aid kit, robes, a printer and on and on. Finally the location is all that you would want: a quiet place on a beautiful street. And just a half block to main streets filled with restaurants, bars, coffee houses, retail stores, etc! We loved this coach house and appreciated the owners’ attention to detail and cleanliness. We, and other extended family members, will be booking it in the future.

Perfection!
The property was exactly as advertised. It’s beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The little extras were a nice touch (creamer in the fridge along with a few bottled waters and a snack basket). The hosts were home (in the main house) and were friendly and invited us to join them for a glass of wine on the patio. Coach house is in a great location in Wicker Park, walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Would highly recommend.

Graduation Weekend
We stayed over the weekend of our grandson’s graduation. The coach house exceeded our expectations. The finishes and furnishings were top-of-the line. The house had everything you want in a VRBO — the kitchen had everything we needed! The proximity to public transportation, to fabulous restaurants, and fun shopping was perfect. The hosts were amazingly accommodating and speed of communications was exceptional. The best VRBO we’ve ever had!

Loved our stay in the carriage house. Exactly as advertised and super well stocked. Very comfortable for two couples. Great location to get to all of our activities and in a safe, walkable neighborhood (with lots of restaurant options). The parking passes that were provided were an added bonus. Fantastic property and location!!!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this adorable coach house! The two bedroom dwelling was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed during our four night stay. The owners of the property were very friendly and helpful, which makes all the difference when you are visiting for out-of-town. In addition, the location of the property enabled us to explore the Wicker Park area on foot. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking to visit Chicago while having all the comforts of home at their fingertips.

Perfect Stay
I was in town with my wife and two sons for the holidays and could not have asked for a better place to stay. The Cariage House was incredibly clean and well furnished. The neighborhood was great with a so many great places to shop and dine we can't wait to get back and try some we missed. We have never experinced hosts who have been as quick to respond to questions from pre-booking to check out.

Terrific Stay
I knew little about Chicago when I booked this trip, but after some research, this seemed like a good area and after pouring over available places, this seemed like a good property in the area. I was right on both counts! This is a terrific neighborhood to base our exploration of Chicago, and I could not have asked for a better place to stay. The unit itself was wonderfully set up -- very comfortable, homey, and extremely well-equipped and supplied. We had no car so relied mostly on the L, buses and Uber/Lyft and they all worked great. Bus stop a 2 minute walk, the L was a quick 10-15 min walk (the Blue Line from O'Hare), and the Loop was only 4-5 stops away. The neighborhood was full of shops/bars/restaurants for when we didn't want to go far. Mark and JoAnne were ideal hosts; the perfect blend of friendly/neighborliness (with great suggestions) and respect for privacy. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone (so long as you're not planning a trip for when we might want it! ;-)

Wicker park “Coach House” rental
We enjoyed our stay at this fully equipped and comfortable rental. The fresh contemporary design style encouraged relaxation. Location is key; a 15 minute Uber ride to downtown and walking distance to many neighborhood restaurants.

Great family getaway!
We (me, my husband and our 2 daughters) had the best experience staying in this coach house this week. Very clean, very comfortable and extremely well-stocked with anything you might need. Comfortable beds, spacious living room, great kitchen and grill if you want to do any cooking while you're there. Hosts are very responsive to any questions you might have. Easy street parking (passes provided by host) on a beautiful, quiet street. Tons of restaurants and cute shops within a short walking distance. We'll be back when in Chicago the next time and will recommend to friends visiting the area also!
