The apartment is just minutes away from St Ambrose University and the Palmer College of Chiropractic.

It's clean, cute, and practical
The apartment is very cute and well equipped with essentials. The main street gets a little loud sometimes. Fireplaces are just for show. It's a good centrally located place for a good price. I would stay again.

Very homey and quaint. Could use a little updating. Like newer coffee pot. Bath lav that put hot and cold together. But that also was its character. Better seating for TV. Kitchen small but accommodating..couldn't find local TV. Prob my fault. Had fun . Was nice.
