Fantastic location on GROUND FLOOR, beach & village less than 1 mile away. Upscale 1 bdr cottage w/ upgrades: marble floors throughout, the bdr has African Hardwood floors w/ ceramic tile inlay. Bath: a jetted tub & oversized shower w/ 2 shower heads. The kitchenette includes granite counters, mini fridge, & electric cook top. Close to shops & restaurants. Walk 2 Pier Village. BR has a King & the LR has a brand new Queen sleeper sofa. Includes 2 adult BIKES.
Please note for larger families: You can rent the 3 bedroom front unit, Property ID 1982332, separate entrances and backyard

1) First floor (no stairs and there is no one above you).
2) Walking distance to fun places.
3) Pet Free Environment (No animal hair anywhere)


This unit has a fireplace, but it has bee turned off for safety reasons. So, the fireplace is not functional, is only for visual appearance.

PLEASE NOTE: IF BOOKING A FRIDAY OR SATURDAY NIGHT, A 2 NIGHT MINIMUM IS REQUIRED (UNLESS THERE IS ONLY 1 NIGHT LEFT AVAILABLE).

NO PETS or ANIMALS - Due to allergies, we have a strict no pet or animal policy. Any guests agree when booking this property that in the event of an animal entering the property, the guests will immediately be required to vacate, the remainder of their trip will be cancelled without any refund provided. Additionally, guests agree when booking this property that he/she will pay a pet (or animal) fee of $200 per pet (or animal) per day.

Beach Vove
Overall the property was nice. The sofa in the den was extremely uncomfortable and the lack of curtains/shade for the small windows in the bedroom allowed neighbors to look into the room. Amenities were lacking for the price paid. A dishwasher would have been nice. Woke up to a dead rat at the gate entrance one morning. Great location and easily accessible to the village area.

Large accommodations for two. Ample room for two more if needed. Nice basic acutrements. Loved the jetted tub and large shower. Conveniently located to The Village and Beach. Our hosts were very attentive and personally rectified an issue right away.

Beach. Cove was cozy and beautiful.. Everything we needed was at our fingertips.. Extremely clean and Soo welcoming .. The host was very helpful and attentive!! Definitely would stay here again
