1. Quiet time is from 9pm to 6am. 2. Please clean up after yourself. Trash bags are in the kitchen drawer and trash bin is in front of the house.
4. To Check In, use combo lock on the entrance side door; To Check Out, return the key to the combo lock, after locking, and rescramble the lock.
5. Late Check Out Fee: $100.00 after 12 noon; $200.00 after 1:00 pm. After 3pm, Guest will be liable for loss of income from next reservation.

Cute and Cozy
Cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood just 15 minutes away from Big Bear City. Easy access to stores and restaurants. The house was cleaned when we arrived, except for a pizza that was left in the microwave that housekeeping may have over looked. Kitchen was fully furnished with all the necessary items needed to cook. Dinning table was pretty small. It only seated 4 when the house max was 9. Living room had a nice, big size TV. All of the beds could be upgraded to something more softer. Pillows were also paper thin, so I would suggest bringing your own. Our host was awesome, very easy to communicate with. He even let us check in early, which was a plus.
