Gedateerde woning op afgelegen locatie
De woning is prachtig gelegen op de top van een heuvel en heeft een groot zwembad. De ruimte binnen is meer dan voldoende maar is wel aan een flinke opknapbeurt toe. De bedden, badkamers, keuken, terras en het zwembad zijn aan vervanging toe of hebben een grondige opknapbeurt nodig. In de woning is het erg warm en lijkt continu de vloerverwarming aan te staan bij gebruik van warm water. Buiten wordt je opgevreten door de muggen, ook overdag. Ligt erg afgelegen en wegen zijn zeer slecht.

super Lage, traumhafter Garten, sehr ruhig. Tolle Wanderungen in der Umgebung. Engagierter Gastgeber, sehr bemüht den Wünschen der Gäste gerecht zu werden.Schaut regelmäßig vorbei, Unterhaltung nur in italienischer Sprache. grosses, sehr geräumiges Haus, für große Gruppen ideal. Küche gut ausgestattet.

Piękny dom z zewnątrz, piękny ogród, duży basen z widokiem na okolicę. Bardzo dużo traci przez kiczowaty wystój, mnóstwo starych zakurzonych lalek, plastikowych kwiatów, figurek, kiczowatych obrazków, 2 fotele, które normalny człowiek wyrzuciłby parę lat wcześniej. Gdyby całą tę tandetę wyrzucić dom bardzo by zyskał. Ocena wtedy najwyższa.
