Very Nice Place near Lake Conroe
Nice place in an average neighborhood. Good location to all areas you might want to go to around Lake Conroe. A little noisy in the master bedroom (air conditioner). 2nd time staying and there were some good updates since the previous stay a few years ago.

Double booked property
When we arrived at the property, there was already another tenant. We immediately contacted the owner who showed no concern, blamed vrbo, and simply offered a partial refund. To get our booking cancelled and full refund we had to contact vrbo directly.

Lake Conroe 2 day stay
Cute and clean property in a non-upscale neighborhood. Close to Hwy 105; for a quick trip to Lake. No dishwasher & unfortunately the fridge wasn't working - but owner said he would replace before next guests. Everything else was great
