Beautiful Property
Gorgeous home in a beautiful community in the Algarve. Very comfortable for our party of six. Could walk to restaurants and a small grocery store. Bus stop close to take a 10 minute ride to the Carvoeiro. Communicating with hosts was very easy. Highly recommend this property.

The perfect spot
Our stay in this lovely spot on the Algarve Coast was wonderful and Kurt's home has everything you will need to enjoy your travels. We were right off the Seven Hanging Valleys hike. We walked into Benagil every evening for dinner and there are some great restaurants to choose from. There was a grocery store down the street to get essentials. I highly recommend this home.

Ein wunderbarer Abschluss unserer Portugalreise
Nach einer längeren Reise längs durch Portugal war unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus ein wunderbarer Urlaubsabschluss: Ein tolles Haus, viel Platz, ein gepflegter Garten mit einem schönen Pool, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und eine tolle Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Und das alles in einer ruhigen und gepflegten Wohngegend innerhalb der Anlage. Und was uns vor Ort als sehr angenehm aufgefallen ist: Das Leuchtfeuer des nahen Leuchtturms streift nachts weit über das Haus und stört - im Gegensatz zu manchen Nachbarhäusern - in diesem Haus überhaupt nicht. Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt!

This is an excellent *** property with an excellent pool and large cool rooms in a quiet neighbourhood. My only real fault to find was that there were notices stuck everywhere telling us what we couldn't do! Surely ONE BIG NOTICE would have been sufficient!

Wonderful place
We have had the best holiday in many years . The villa was more than expected , spacious , clean , private gardens and a good sized pool , just as descibed and more. Everything we could have wished for supplied a real home from home . We will definately return to Casa Levante thankyou .

Fantastic stay, house fully equipped for all needs
The property is as shown on the pictures. Really lovely (and quiet as it's a residential area) and well-maintained garden. Everything you might need is in the house. Bed are fantastic as well as the sunbeds and enough pilows, never slept so good on holiday. Alice comes when you want for cleaning. Also centrally located for visits to Albufeira, Ferragudo, Porches,... The house itself has separate corners for sun-lovers, those who want some shade and the sun-terras has nearly no wind and a magnificant view on the ocean. We will be back 😁😎😜

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem Haus. Die Versorgung des Hauses durch Housekeeping, Gärtnerin und Poolcleaning war perfekt. Professionell und sehr freundlich. Die Ionder haben sich wohl gefühlt, durch die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche war selbst Kuchen backen kein Problem. Die Nähe zur Küste hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Wanderungen konnten wir vor der Haustür starten und Abendspaziergänge waren an dieser atemberaubenden Küste zu genießen. Ein kleiner Laden war ohne Probleme zu Fuß zu erreichen und größere Läden in 10min. Mit dem Auto. Wir würden wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit!!

Algarve at its best
Wir haben ein schönes Haus vorgefunden in dem es an nichts fehlt. Die Ortslage ist fantastisch und der schöne Garten mit Pool ist von Aussen nich einsehbar. Das vielleicht beste Kompliment ist, dass wir gerne wiederkommen würden.

Great villa and garden
We spent 8 weeks in this lovely spacious and very well equipped property. Great location only 3 minutes walk from the brilliant clifftop paths outside of Carvoeiro. Brilliant for dogs as the garden is large and well secured. We were there in winter so didn’t make use of the fab pool but enjoyed the terraces on warm days. Villa is on a great development 5 minutes drive away from the busy centre of Carvoeiro, but close enough for everything you need. Winter visitors should be prepared for chilly nights!

Geweldig verblijf!
We hebben genoten van dit heerlijke verblijf. De woning is ruim en goed ingericht, met een grote keuken die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Om de woning heen ligt een prachtige tuin met zwembad. Ook de ligging is perfect voor wandelaars; aan de Seven Valleys trail. Dorpje Carvoeiro ligt 4km verderop.

Immer wieder schön
Wir haben zum zweiten Mal das Ferienhaus gemietet und waren wieder sehr angetan. Das Haus bietet viel Platz, eine wunderbare Dachterrasse und eine große, gut ausgestattete Küche inkl. eines Gasgrills. Das neu renovierte große Badezimmer ist sehr schön geworden. Der Garten und Pool sind sehr gepflegt und auf der Terrasse kann man wunderbar verweilen. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Magnificent holiday home
There is a reason why we "only" give this accommodation 5 stars - namely that it is not possible to give more! Pictures and descriptions often lie - but the real "Casa Levante" fulfills both pictures and description in all respects. Brilliant stay
10 night stay end of July, start of August. 4 adults 3 young children loved our time in Casa Levante. The villa was a good size and we found the kitchen well equipped. The pool was great with a deep end and a shallow end and the temperature was fine. The nearby beach is nice and within easy walking distance of the villa, although steps are involved. The nearest shop was within 10 min walk and their are 3 restaurants one literally opposite and two by the shop, all are nice. We used Uber to get around and this worked out fine save for one occasion when we struggled to get a ride (at a reasonable price). We also ordered food from the local Indian which was delivered. There are plenty of bigger supermarkets with short taxi ride and attractions like water parks and zoo marine are not far by car either. We had a great time, possibly the only drawback is that the forth bedroom (the kids room) wasn’t air conditioned, their was some kind of portable unit in the room but it wasn’t clear what this was and we didn’t want to meddle with it. To be fair I didn’t ask the host about this, I did raise a couple of other questions and found them very helpful and quick to reply. There is a beautiful sea view from the top balcony. The site was quiet, their is a large municipal pool which again was fine in terms of temp and tennis courts too. We really enjoyed our time at Casa Levante.

Fijn vakantiehuis op een prachtige locatie
We zijn met 2 gezinnen een week op vakantie geweest in casa Levante. De ligging is ontzettend mooi, aan de kliffen op loopafstand van een prachtig klein strandje. Een auto is een must om de Algarve te verkennen en om boodschappen te halen. Het huis is verder van alle gemakken voorzien, ook tennis rackets, strandparasol etc. Het zwembad is groot en schoon en ligt bijna de hele dag in de zon. We lieten het zwembad verwarmen, hetgeen zeer de moeite waard was. Ook de WiFi deed het prima, hetgeen voor tieners van groot belang is 😉. Schoonmaakster Alice hield het huis steeds netjes en draaide op verzoek ook een wasje. We hebben genoten en komen graag nog een keer terug naar casa Levante.

Schitterend huis aan de Algarve kust
Zeer ruim en comfortabel huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Dicht bij de kust en het mooie strandje Praia do Carvalho. Ook in de winter is het huis goed te verwarmen en staat in een goed onderhouden park. Op werkdagen komt ook iemand langs voor de schoonmaak. Ook het contact met de eigenaar verloopt soepel.
