About this property

Jumping Off Point · Your Jumping Of Point for Livingston Adventures!

The newly remodeled house offers you a large yard, garage, 3 bedrooms, game room area with sleeper sofa, office space and all the amenities and comforts you need in a "home away from home." The home and location is ideal for the newly remote-working, remote-learning family. A rare find in Livingston - you even have central air conditioning! You will get a great sense of Big Sky Country with the sunset views from the patio and the benefits of living in-town.

The home even has an extra large RV hookup and parking in the back with full sewer, water and electrical hookups. Parking the RV with services is an extra $100/day.

BEDROOMS:

Upstairs you will find 2 large rooms with a king bed in each, dressers and closets. A full bathroom with glass shower is upstairs for these bedrooms.

Downstairs is a bedroom with 2 twin beds and closet. The common area downstairs has a new queen sleeper sofa with bedding, should you need this extra sleeping configuration. There is a full bathroom with tub/shower in the downstairs.

KITCHEN:

LAUNDRY:

In the common area downstairs, next to the wet bar is a full size washer / dryer and lots of storage and sorting area to wash all your adventure clothes!

EXTRAS: We have a pack and play, child's high chair, books, toys, games, DirectTV in 3 rooms. The wifi is great and there is a nice designated desk space for home working or learning.

LIVINGSTON, MT

Livingston is always vibrant but is especially alive in the summer time with various festivals, rodeos, nightly music choices and more! Critically acclaimed restaurants line the neon-lit downtown area with choices from local farmed lamb to brick oven bakeries to Chinese to good ol' Montana fall-off-the-bone ribs. Lively western bars and microbreweries dot the picturesque downtown. Various bands from all over the country liven up the night giving listeners a choice of what music they'd like to listen or dance to. Two live theaters, casinos, movie house, and bowling alley add to the nightlife options.

Daytime activities include shopping at many of the boutique and specialty shops downtown, some with history back to the 1930's. Recreationally, there are endless hiking/biking opportunities in the Livingston Area, as well as world-renowned fly fishing, adding to one of the many reasons that Livingston is also headquarters to the International Fly Fishing Federation. Swimming, golf course, art galleries and museums prove that there is something for everyone in Livingston.

The Jumping Off Point is in very close proximity to many other attractions beyond the city limits. Only 45 minutes from the main entrance of Yellowstone National Park, it's no wonder that Livingston is called the original gateway to Yellowstone. Livingston is surrounded by mountains, rivers, hiking trails, adventure companies, and more.

Livingston is a very walkable and bike friendly town. We provide 2 cruiser bikes for your use while staying at the house but you are also an easy and short few minute drive to downtown Livingston where you can find just about all you need. You will need your car to get to hiking trails and the National Park or Forest service accesses.

Great home with pool table and nice yard
The yard was beautiful and perfect for our 2 little girls. It was my birthday and my partner and I had a nice time playing pool downstairs after our girls fell asleep. We were also doing an RV trip and there was ample parking for our travel trailer.
