Quite non-thru Street with more than 10 car parking. A huge RV Garage or for 4- cars. There is also several RV surface parking inside the propert and more in front. The Villa is so private! It’s away from all neighbors.
The Villa has magnificent private courtyard.
It’s peaceful and very relaxing. The Villa has beautiful exotic Modern kitchen, comfortable for10 people. Each bedroom can be equipped with a crib or two. The house is %100 safe proof for Kids and Handicap person. There is also Gas Grill on the patio for your use.

Decent, but could improve.
Check in process was very easy and the owner was nice. When we arrived, the kitchen had an odor, so we had to open all the windows. The TV in the front room didn't work, we couldn't connect to wifi. The propane was out of gas and there was no lighter in the house so we had to fill the propane tank & purchase a lighter on our dime. There weren't enough towels to accommodate all guests, so the kids had to share and we washed them daily. One of the showers was cold. One of the "beds" advertised is a very uncomfortable futon. The actual beds were comfortable and the floorplan was spacious so it made for an enjoyable stay. The firepit area and front yard were great and the neighborhood was quiet with very little traffic. Not a terrible place to stay, but some minor attentions to detail would've helped.

Served its purpose
Property served its purpose. We were rarely at the house. Only negatives of the house: One of the three bathroom showers does not get hot water. The patio door didn’t have a handle so couldn’t lock. A tad concerning for safety at night but nothing came of it. Tv only had roku and Hulu. No ESPN for us sports guys.
