Bien placé
Place de voiture privative appreciable, et logement proche de tout. Tout est accessible à pied et superbe vue du balcon. Équipements vieillissants. Appartement en bon état sauf quelques petites choses qui demanderaient à être révisé ( tringle à rideau mal fixée, pression d’eau faible, pied de table basse cassé). Les frais de ménage sont très chères à la vue de la superficie, et de la qualité de celui-ci. En résumé, belle localisation et idéal pour 2 ( bous étions 4, et c’est juste, surtout avec un bébé), appartement en bon état, juste quelques points à revoir.
