Sea Cabin, a quaint, original 40th street home on the West end of the Island. Interior amenities include washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, WIFI; cable; 4 color cable TVs, DVD player, stereo/cd player & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include outside shower, permanent grill, screen porch, sun deck & covered porch. This is strictly a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO PETS*** home. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING.

Perfect get-away
We arrived early, parked in the parking lot of Sunset Vacations, left them know we were headed to the beach until the house was ready, and received a text within the hour! The house was cool, mostly clean (we think it may have been empty the week before) we swept the floor and went about our week. This was a great location and seeing the families walking to an from the beach from the screened in porch was an evening treat, just about every night. Only down side, no crock pot LOL

House is old and dirty
This property is in dire need of updating. The house is extremely old and several items were broken like the screens on the screened in porch. In addition, the house was dirty and grimey. The showers were moldy and the dishes in the cabinets were dirty so we bought disposable plates and plastic ware. We were not informed that we needed to bring our own sheets and towels so we had to purchase those as well. The mattresses are old and uncomfortable and so is all the rest of the furniture in the house. This property should not be rented until it has a complete overhaul.
