Spindrift C II, a quaint privately owned mid island home just a walk away from the beach. Interior amenities include a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, 2 color cable TVs, DVD player, stereo/cd player WIFI & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include an outside shower, roof deck & sundeck. This is strictly a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO PETS*** home. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING. Nightly rentals require a departure maid service.

The house was clean and well maintained. As advertised it was very close to the beach. Furniture is comfortable and tired. The bed and comforters were comfortable as well. Cable in family room only. Master bedroom had a monitor size tv with no cable. We had beautiful weather so that really didn't matter. Nice decks and patio area under house.The house had not one linen. No towels sheets, pillowcases, kitchen towels. Less than a roll of TP. We had asked the management company earlier in the week (as we had heard NOTHING from them about anything. After we were on our way Friday we got an answer to the email. We opened it Saturday morning. It stated we could rent the linens. We could have brought them. We ended up making a Costco run. The hose was a good-great place to stay. Sunset Vacations mgmt could use some training. We love Sunset Beach and the area. We have typically dealt directly with the owners. We will pay attention next trop

great location, but bugs
This home is adorable. Perfect for a small family: close to the beach. The decor is cluttered but cute, bed was comfortable. Only 2 issues: front porch chairs are not comfortable as the previous review and there were cockroaches inside. The company did spray, and I know that it takes time to become effective, but still uncomfortable.

Nice small place, A bit outdated and can use updating inside and furnishings. However, the location can't be beat and a great little getaway place.
