Slo N Ez East, a lovely, privately owned, well maintained, ocean front home located on the West end of the Island with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. Interior amenities include a washer, dryer, dishwasher, connecting doors, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, 4 color cable TVs, 4 DVD players, WIFI & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include an outside shower, permanent grill, covered porch, screen porch & sundeck.
This is strictly a ***NON SMOKING *** & ***NO PETS*** home. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING. Nightly rentals require a departure maid service.

Needs an update.
I usually don't write a poor review but. House is in dire need of an update. Kitchen and porches need replaced. Wooden porches had screws pulled out of railing to deck. Upstairs railing was loose. The kitchen sprayer leaked all over the counter Hallway bathroom was not cleaned there was urine on floor in front of toilet, long black hair everywhere in bathroom. Shower drain was clogged.(they did send someone to fix it). Bedspreads had rust? Stains on them. View and location were definite plus. Kitchen was fairly well equipped. Found multiple items under beds and under sofa. We have stayed at 2 other houses in Sunset with no issues. We did sweep floors and clean bathrooms.

Nice place, nice time
The property was well situated near the beach and easy distance to get off the island as well. We really loved it and will probably return some time.
