This flat is located on the 2nd floor without lift of a small condominium. It is ideally located in the centre of Saint-Renan, in the rue Saint-Yves. You will have all the shops within walking distance.
The main room of about 25 m² is composed of an open, equipped and functional kitchen, a living room equipped with a sofa bed and a sitting room for lunch or dinner. The bedroom is equipped with a 140x200 double bed and a large wardrobe. The WC is located in the bathroom which is equipped with a shower.

Take advantage of your stay to discover the 2nd largest market in Finistère, which takes place every Saturday under the flat's windows! You just have to go down the stairs to discover the local flavours and buy your fresh products.

For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Arts....
For children you will also find nearby: the 3 curés recreation park, Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
