Newer fully equipped second floor 4-bedroom condo in the Impressive Gold Coast of Ocean City, only 6 houses from the pristine 28th Street Guarded beach and 4 blocks from the start of the boardwalk. We are on a quiet street in a mostly residential neighborhood, and a 1/2 block away is a family restaurant and ice cream shop where the whole family can go to enjoy a special treat. Condo is 5 blocks from Randazzos, Blitz’s, Acme, Steam Pot, Hoys, and walking distance to the golf course and airport. Or take a stroll to the seashell museum or Dots pastry shop right around the corner!
Beautifully furnished and decorated condo has vaulted ceilings in great room adding to the spacious feeling throughout. Kitchen has granite countertops with an overhang and comfortable stool seating to allow for pleasant conversation as meals are prepared. Gourmet fully equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances complete the setup. Bathrooms are stylishly appointed with quartz-topped vanities. Each room is beautifully decorated and every room has a ceiling fan to aid circulation of the sea breeze when the windows are open. Of course, condo also has central air for your complete comfort.
All bedrooms are ample sized. Two bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed, 3rd bedroom has one full size bed and 4th bedroom includes a twin bunk over full bed, pull out full bed and separate twin bed. For added convenience a portable crib is provided for use if needed.
Condo has its own private, enclosed outside shower to rinse off after a day of relaxation and fun on the beach and in the sea. After showering, you can relax in comfortable chairs on the amply spaced large front or back porches. Go up to the private rooftop deck to watch the sun set!
Our cleaning prior to your stay is most important to us and revolves around washing, disinfecting, and sanitizing. We enter the home wearing maximum protective gear, including but not limited to, face masks, shoe coverings, and gloves. The focus is extra on high traffic areas and major touch points (light switches, handles, doorknobs, etc.). We use top of the line products only, that ensure every surface is 99.9% free from bacteria and germs. We use paper towels and disposable wipes as added security so there’s never a chance of cross-contamination from other homes we’ve visited. Our vacuum bags and mop heads are also changed between every house for the same protective reasons.

TVs are situated in the great room and 3 bedrooms - Free Wifi and cable TV are included.
Condo is equipped with washer and dryer.
Condo rent includes off street parking. Garage also has ample room to store your bicycles for an early morning ride on the boardwalk, or beach equipment like beach chairs, beach cart and toys.
