Have a wonderful family vacation in this beautiful oceanfront condo located on the third floor of the Ship Watch building.

This two bedroom, two bath unit was recently refreshed with new flooring, new furnishings and new paint throughout. All stainless steel appliances and granite in the fully equipped kitchen.

Master has king size bed with an in-suite bathroom. Second bedroom has two queen beds and a private door to the shared 2nd bathroom.

Private balcony is perfect for morning coffee or a quiet dinner overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

Elevator lets out in between floors so there are just a few steps in between.

Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.

The Shipwatch community pool is heated from November to April.

Amazing stay
We enjoyed our vacation so much we didn't want to leave! Marci thought of everything in this condo and was quick to respond when there was a minor problem and took care of it immediately. The view is amazing and the condo itself is so large. There's beach towels as well as extra chairs and boogie boards if you didn't bring them. The resort itself is gorgeous and we loved watching all the turtles at the property. I told Marci we will definitely be back and contacting her again for our stay. You can't go wrong staying here!
