Relaxing Cobb Hill Cottage in Bozeman

Recently renovated 1 BR, 1 Bath cozy cottage located in relaxing country setting. Centrally located in Four Corners between Belgrade and downtown Bozeman. For travelers attending weddings, we are located across the street from “The Chateau Event Center”, 1.3 miles from “Rockin TJ Ranch Event Center, 2.1 miles from Gallatin River Hideaway Event Center and 2.7 miles to Firelight Farm Wedding & Event Center. Relax and sit on the rocking chairs on the covered front porch after engaging in numerous activities that are offered in Bozeman and the surrounding area. LR/DR combo, New flooring, Kitchen cabinets, countertops and stainless steel appliances, Washer & Dryer, Spacious Bedroom with walk-in closet. Pull-out couch available. Property has a picnic table for those guests that would like to spend some time eating and relaxing outdoors. Cottage is located behind main house, off driveway, down a newly installed sidewalk to the front porch. There are 3 steps up to the front door (Pictures provided). There are directional signs to cottage located by driveway. (Front of house faces west). Located approx. 15 minute drive from Bozeman-Yellowstone Int'l Airport, 1 1/2 hours from Yellowstone National Park, 5 hours from Glacier National Park, 4 hours from Jackson Hole, 30 minute drive to Bridger Bowl Ski Resort and 1 hour drive to Big Sky Ski Resort, 20 minutes to Bozeman Deaconess Hospital, 10 minutes from Montana State University and downtown Bozeman. World class fly-fishing on the Madison River only a short 15-20 minute drive. Cottonwood Public Golf Course only 5 minutes away. Horseback riding, ziplining, whitewater rafting and more are available only a few minutes drive from this property. So many activities to do, you can stay as busy as you would like, or just come and relax and leave refreshed and recharged. Updated cottage address will be given 4-5 days prior to arrival (was changed by County for emergency purposes).

Quiet Cottage
This is a very clean, quiet location to enjoy. Love sitting on the front porch.Very convenient to many things in Bozeman. This was our third year staying here.

What an amazing place to stay at! People are sooo friendly and they have put some extra touches on the home like: toothbrushes and toothpaste, if you happen to forget them, plenty of spices and a pantry with something’s you may enjoy! The rabbits, chickens and goats are absolutely darling!!!! I will be back! Thank you for your hospitality!

Cobb Hill Cottage was delightful. It was clean and well appointed. The location was perfect. It is close enough to Bozeman to go back and forth several times a day, but also rural enough to escape the crowds and relax in the pastoral setting. Thank you Kelly for a great stay!

A cozy country cottage which was a great home base for our day trips. Nicely decorated and had all the amenities. Relaxing front porch for late afternoon reading and enjoying the outdoors. Great hosts! Highly recommended.

For us, the close to town, rural setting was perfect! The cottage was clean and comforatble and stocked with thoughtful items we might need. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the beautiful Montana sky and sunsets.

A welcoming card when we got there in the dark, after a long & delayed flight was a nice touch! The place was cozy, super clean, well-stocked with everything one would need. It was like being in the comfort of home, with a knowledgeable neighbor willing to help you get around in a new place. That's the nicest compliment we can give to any rental place away from home. Cute cottage 10 minutes from downtown Bozeman. Quiet. Perfect get away for a couple. Kelly and Tim were very welcoming! Good supply of local maps and hiking guides. Well stocked including morning coffee and tea. Will definitely stay again!

Everything was comfortable, cozy and very accommodating! The porch view with beautiful sunsets was superb! Chickens, goats, birds and a couple of rabbits added to the scenery. Tim snd Kelly left a sweet note and fresh flowers for our 40th anniversary. We wanted some place quiet peaceful and very relaxing. The accommodations provided just what we wanted and more. Lovely cottage in a beautiful setting
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cobb Hill Cottage! We were in Bozeman to bring our son to orientation and move-in for his freshman year at MSU, so having a quiet and comfortable place to stay really helped with the hectic (and emotional) time! Beautiful sunsets, privacy, and there were so many thoughtful touches throughout the cottage that we never felt in need of anything. Certainly would stay here again!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY
My husband and I sincerely enjoyed our 14 day stay at Cobb Hill Cottage. This cottage is very clean, nicely decorated and extremely well supplied to make your stay very comfortable. The location is very quiet and private. It is centrally located to access Bozeman, Yellowstone, Big Sky and the Gallatin River. We truly enjoyed our coffee each morning in the rocking chairs on the front porch watching the chickens, goats and pet bunny. Host Kelly had gone above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. When we return to Bozeman we would certainly want to stay at this cottage again.

Great place to stay in Bozeman!
My wife and I had a great 4 night stay at Cobb Hill cottage! Excellent communication from Kelly & Tim! The cottage was very clean, comfortable, quiet / private and had everything we needed for our stay. Kelly & Tim gave clear instructions on everything, and the guest book inside helped provide information on some of the amenities. Downtown Bozeman is just about a 10 minute drive away; but in the area of the cottage we enjoyed Hop Lounge, Bunkhouse Brewery and Momma Mac’s is a GREAT place for breakfast and baked goods! If Kelly & Tim will have us back, we’d absolutely stay here again!

A true gem and breath of fresh air!
This cottage was just what we needed, situated perfectly where you could take in the most beautiful scenery and sunsets! Kelly and Tim were wonderful hosts from beginning to end! This cottage had everything we needed,: a stocked kitchen, comfy bed, relaxing and cozy!! And did I mention, the views were breathtaking as we had wine and cheese on the porch watching the sunsets! Wonderful little place

Great spot between Bozeman and Big Sky
Had a great weeklong stay at Kelly and Tim’s private cottage for a Big Sky snowboarding trip. Not far from downtown Bozeman and a straight shot to Big Sky. Nice appliances, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, etc. Kelly was super responsive to any questions I had. Would stay here again for sure.

One of my absolute favorites!
By far one of the best places I’ve booked through VRBO. The Cobb Cottage is truly a home away from home. Stocked full with all the essentials anyone would need we really loved our stay. This was a last min trip to celebrate my partners 30th birthday. We went skiing in Big sky which was about a 45-50 min drive of absolutely stunning scenery. The location of this Cottage was so convenient to downtown Bozeman which was full of fantastic shopping and restaurants. We killed some time on our last day at the museum of the Rockies which has an incredible display of local dinosaurs and some pretty fun activities for kids. The Cobb Cottage was clean and comfy. Kelly went above and beyond to make our stay amazing and I highly recommend anybody looking to book in Bozeman choose this place first!
