Labor Day weekend
The house definitely needs some updating such as a new kitchen sink. If you’re paying a cleaning service tell them to clean out the entire fridge, drawers included. Loved that it was pet friendly but remind customers to clean up after their dogs outside! Also better more environmentally friendly cleaning products in the kitchen.

Good location. Few amenities: on!y soap in bathroom, no dish soap or sink stopper in kitchen, peculiar assortment of cookware, broken patio chair. We felt it necessary to wash dishes, cookware & cutlery before using. Owner quickly replaced broken coffee maker. Plenty of sheets & towels. Bathroom has been updated & living room was furnished ok. Kitchen--meh
