Gute Lage - Appartement nicht ohne Mängel
Wir erhielten den Schlüssel für die Wohnung mittels eines Schlüsselsafes. Eine Einführung, was die Wohnung betraf, gab es nicht. Alles verlief sehr anonym, obwohl der Vermieter - wie wir später feststellten - sein Büro im gleichen Haus hatte. Die Wohnung war in einem guten Zustand, allerdings nicht so sehr auf tägliches Kochen - kein Dunstabzug in einer kleinen Koch-Essküche - eingerichtet zu sein. Eine Spülmaschine fehlte. Der separate WC war so winzig, dass man im Sitzen mit Knien und Kopf an die geschlossene Tür anstieß. Außerdem war der WC-Sitz zu klein und wackelte. Dies reklamierten wir per Mail, leider erfolgte keine Reaktion. Die Zielgruppe für die Vermietung der Appartements erschienen uns jüngere Kurzreisende zu sein. Die Fotos der Wohnung suggerierten, dass der Patio zur Wohnung gehörte und nicht eine Etage tiefer nur durch das Treppenhaus zu erreichen war. Einen Parkplatz auf der Straße fand man nur mit viel Glück, so dass es besser war das Auto stehenzulassen. Die Erreichbarkeit aller wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten war zu Fuß gut möglich. Auch der Fluß Allier bot eine schöne Möglichkeit zum Wandern und Entspannen.
