The second oceanfront bedroom has two queen beds, attached bath with tub/shower combo and access to the oceanfront balcony. Bedroom three has one queen bed with a shared bath and bedroom four has a queen bed with an attached private bath. The bedrooms and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens and towels for your ultimate comfort.

This unit also features a full size washer and dryer, free high speed wifi and smart TV's for your streaming services. The private, residential building has controlled entries, indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river and an indoor hot tub. Free parking for two vehicles included, additional paid parking is available at the Sun and Sand Resort next door. Note: Some restrictions on common area use may be in place at the time of your visit, masks are required in the entry halls and elevators. This is a nonsmoking unit which includes the balcony and hallways.

Parking restricted to two (2) vehicles per unit. Property does not allow motorcycles or trailers at any time of the year.
