An abundance of amenities are included with the home, including: a gas fire-table on the custom patio, which is retrofitted with outdoor heaters; a garden, which includes mature avocado and citrus trees and a raised bed with seasonal fruits/vegetables/flowers (including strawberries, tomatoes, snap peas, herbs etc.); an all weather ping pong table; a gas barbecue; an outdoor shower (with hot water!); rainfall shower in master bathroom; deep soaking tub in the second bathroom; king bed in master bedroom; and a custom six-person outdoor Jacuzzi. Additional toddler-friendly amenities may also be available upon request.
