Summerset home available for vacation rental perfectly located between Sturgis and Rapid City on a quiet street near the interstate.

Property features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, deck with privacy fenced backyard and access to two stall garage. Master suite features one king bed with TV and master bathroom. Second upstairs bedroom has queen sized bed. Downstairs bedrooms have one full bed and one king sized bed. House sleeps 8 comfortably and could accommodate up to 10 with blow up mattress in the living room. Fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking and dining needs.

Large sectional in basement with 65 inch tv, perfect for cuddling up for a movie. Enjoy the basement home gym, featuring Peloton bike, Nordictrack treadmill, dumbbells, and various other workout equipment. No smoking allowed inside. There is a Blink doorbell system at the front door and garage area for safety.

*In considering booking this property, please note this is our personal home. During your stay, you will have full access to home with owners not staying on site.*

We are a pet friendly renter. Conveniently located near the beautiful Black Hills National Forest.
