Welcome to our quiet, new 75 sqm apartment in Berlin-Mitte with eignem entrance, letterbox and doorbell. The apartment is very child friendly and also suitable for people with disabilities (door width in living and sleeping room 82cm, ground floor – no steps!).

It is located in the center of Berlin, in the international city that never sleeps. You will feel in a modern, well-equipped ground floor apartment directly opposite the Weinberg Park very well. Many restaurants, boutiques, galleries, pubs and wine bars can be found within 5 minutes' walk away.

The apartment has been newly built in 2012, has a floor made of real wood flooring with underfloor heating, 3 meter high ceilings and a large, new, fully equipped kitchen, which is open integrated into the living room.
