This patio home is the perfect family vacation getaway. Located in the beautiful Crescent Beach area of NMB, this 3BR/2BA was totally renovated in 2020. Main floor has fully equipped kitchen with spacious living and dining area along with Master BR and Master Bath with king bed, and walk-in closet. Living area has cozy sectional with 55" Smart TV.
Upstairs features queen bed guest room which walks out to a huge sundeck facing the ocean breeze. Great for evening nightcaps! Upstairs also has a "Children's Bedroom" with bunk bed & full-size day bed.. All rooms have Smart TVs, Spectrum cable & ceiling fans. Other features: High speed wireless internet throughout, washer/dryer, outdoor patio and dining with gas grill, outdoor shower and Association swimming pool (50 yards away). Three vehicles comfortably park in the driveway. The most popular NMB restaurants, golf courses and popular attractions are minutes away.

TERRIBLE PLACE
The day we arrived they canceled our reservations 30 mins before arriving. We had payed in full on March 1, 2024. They stated that the unit was already occupied! I will make sure this go viral! They are not dependable! We drove 8 hours and had to pay more money out to stay somewhere else!!! I will make sure this go viral! Stay tuned!!!
