POOL & FITNESS ACCESS NOW AVAILABLE - As of June 16th, 2023 guests have optional access to the Canoe Club Family Pool and Fitness Center and the Moreland Pool and Fitness Center at a cost of $25/person per day (no charge for children 5 and under.) Guests will also have access to make reservations at Canoe Club & Cole's based on availability.

- May 24th - May 27th for Memorial Day, - June 29th - July 7th for 4th of July, September 30th - October 2nd Labor Day weekend,
Thanksgiving Week and Christmas/NYE week (dates TBD). These blackout dates are strictly determined by the Palmetto Bluff Club.

Beautifully appointed low country style home located in the heart of the Village at Palmetto Bluff - a top-rated residential and resort property on the May River in Bluffton, South Carolina. Steps from the main square and a mere stroll to the Inn, restaurants, pools, tennis, croquet, pickleball, fitness centers, fitness classes, chapel, bocce, spa, playground, and gourmet market. 2 minute walk to the dock where you can watch the sunset or drop a fishing pole or take out a kayak or paddle board at Wilson Landing. Golf privileges.

Open kitchen and living room floor plan with dining room table and barstool countertop. Bright and spacious kitchen features Viking appliances, microwave, dishwasher, ice machine and coffee maker. Living room features a couch, three chairs, three ottomans, TV and gas fireplace.

Three bedrooms downstairs each with en suite bathroom: Master bedroom with king size bed and custom built-in closets, connecting to large master bath with double vanity and walk-in shower; Guest bedroom with Queen size bed and full bathroom attached; Additional Guest bedroom downstairs with twin bed and full bathroom attached.

Fourth bedroom and full bathroom on second floor. Very large main room features two full size beds with curtain separators, sitting area and television. Although in the same room, the beds were designed as individual chambers with a privacy curtain. A large bathroom with a shower, private dressing area and separate commode space is attached to accommodate upstairs guests.

Laundry closet with washer and dryer downstairs.

Open front porch with 2 separate seating groups, and rear screened porch with fireplace. Both porches with outdoor furniture. Grill.

Bicycle, golf cart, paddle board, canoe and boat rentals available. Cruises on the May River available.
